It’s one of the most basic digital marketing metrics you need to track if you want to succeed in today’s hyper competitive world.
You can use the lead-to-customer ratio in a lot of ways like analyzing your campaign performance, comparing one campaign from another, forecasting your targets, and many more. I’ll go over them in some other videos.
But for now, start tracking it along with the other metrics I shared before so you can establish a baseline.
