What Is the Lead-to-Customer Ratio
The lead-to-customer ratio is a metric that tells you how many leads you closed to become your paying customers.
There are a lot of use cases and analysis for this ratio. I’ll share them in future videos.
But for now, all you need to do is track this metric over time to establish a baseline. You will then use this baseline in your analysis and forecasting.
